Rental eligibility is based upon verification of identity, employment, qualifying income, good rental history and good credit history.
A completed application and application fee of $20 is required for all persons 18 years and older who will be residing in the unit. The non-refundable fee is required of each applicant before the application will be processed. The fee covers the cost of the credit check, staff time, phone/fax charges and tenant screening services which includes checking public civil and criminal records.
Other requirements:
Valid Picture I.D. (Driver’s License, Resident Alien Card, Passport)
Employment Verification by employer and pay stubs or W2.
Minimum of four years good rental history. No evictions.
Verifiable income must be no less than 3 times the amount of rent.
No conviction for any crime that involved an offense against property, persons, government officials, or that involved firearms, illegal drugs, criminal street gang activity or sex crimes.
Credit reports remain the sole property of Mira Vista Apartments.
Any false information submitted on an application will be cause of automatic denial.
Reservation deposit of ½ rental amount is required to hold a specific apartment.
A per diem fee equal to the daily rental rate will be assessed for cancellation of reservation deposit before move in date.
